Welcome!

Hello and welcome to my blog! This is an inclusive space where everyone should feel welcome, from teenagers alike to anyone who just happened to stumble across me!

I guess it's time for an introduction now...

Hey, I'm Lillian! I'm an English secondary school student, currently studying all the core subjects, plus computer science, French, music and drama. My favourite subjects are computer science and French, and I'm going to study them at A-Level, but I'm currently stuck on my third option (it's between English lit and media studies) and I only have a week until the deadline so I really need to choose! I am also part of my school choir, and run drama clubs for the younger years at lunchtime! I'm also currently involved in the second round of the England Speaking Union competition as the chair (which is really scary!) and I have the competition next week. 

Outside of school, I play tennis, and I used to coach it regularly but they didn't have enough people sign up to run the one I did this term. I am also part of my local Rangers group, (as mentioned in my about me), which is the GirlGuiding section for age 14-18, and I'm actually starting this blog as a part of my blogging badge. I am also part of my local drama group, where I take part in the village pantomime every year, (last year, I was a squid and a light up jellyfish!). 

In my spare time, I love to read, currently I am reading 'Tomorrow, Tomorrow and Tomorrow' by Gabrielle Zevin, and I'm really enjoying it! I'll probably post the review soon on here! I am also constantly listening to music! Playing right now is 'This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things' by Taylor Swift, but it's just my nearly 38hr playlist on shuffle. Within those 38hrs you will mainly find Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Maisie Peters, The 1975, Gracie Abrams and Lana Del Rey, but also special mentions to Sam Fender, Tame Impala, Griff, Holly Humberstone, Ed Sheeran, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, and the entire Mamma Mia Cast. 

My favourite TV show is Friends, but I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Heartstopper and The Summer I Turned Pretty (who doesn't?), also Team Conrad 4ever. My favourite movie is probably Mamma Mia, and I can very nearly quote the entire thing.

I also collect CDs, I currently have 31, which are:

- Harry Styles: all 3 albums

- Masie Peters: both albums

- Mamma Mia soundtrack

- The Show - Niall Horan

I also have some records, I have Harry's House, Midnights, Lover, and Self Titled by The 1975.

I also love Converse High-Tops, I have black ones with stars and navy blue ones, but one day I aspire to be like Charlie Spring and have an entire wardrobe of them!

Currently, I volunteer at my local Brownie unit, it was for my silver DofE, but I just carried on as I really enjoyed it.
